SQUAD NEWS: Jordan Gough Departs

Quorn Football Club can confirm that defender Jordan Gough has left the club. The popular defender, who has filled in at left back as well as being a dominant presence at the heart of the Reds back line, joined the club late in the 2022/23 season, helping the Methodists to promotion from step five.

In 2023/24 Gough made 29 appearances, scoring twice, as he helped Quorn to another playoff performance. A stellar 2024/25 season was blighted by an injury that saw Jordan miss more than two months after suffering a double fracture to his cheek. Despite that lengthy spell on the sidelines, Goughie still managed 24 appearances, again scoring twice, helping Quorn to seal the title and promotion to step three.
