SQUAD NEWS: Welcome Jayden-Samuel
Quorn Football Club have bolstered their forward line with the addition of exciting youngster Jayden-Samuel Lawrence-Lowther.
The powerful forward arrives from Mickleover, having already established himself as a talented striker. Born and raised in Nottingham, Jayden-Samuel joined local club Vernon before moving onto Basford United, where he won league and cup doubles two year in a row within the junior set-up, where he came to the attention of Notts County. His talent was evident from an early age, representing Nottinghamshire as a schoolboy.
Following on from his time as a Magpie, Lawrence-Lowther stayed in the County, joining West Bridgford before a move to Sherwood Colliery. A stint with Sandiacre Town took him onto National League North side Alfreton Town and, finally, Mickleover last season.
“It’s a really positive environment” explained Jayden-Samuel when asked about signing with the Reds, continuing “I feel as though I have a very good chance to further my development here. The Manager’s record speaks for itself and he’s put an excellent backroom team together.”
“I thrive on confidence, and I think playing with the other forwards we have here can only help that. I’m looking to breakthrough in skill level and to help myself and the club continue to push forward.”
Welcome to Farley Way Jayden-Samuel.
