SQUAD NEWS: Português Para Frente Sanches Junta-se Os Vermelhos

Quorn Football Club have confirmed the signing of Portuguese forward Tui Gustavo Macedo Sanches from Bromsgrove Sporting. Known as Gus, the pacey youngster moved to the UK at the age of seven. As well as the Rouslers, Sanches counts Boldmere St. Michaels amongst his former clubs. Having signed with Bromsgrove after an impressing during preseason in 2023, Gus went on to score twice that season at just 19 years of age. The following season he spent time honing his game with the Mikes on a dual-registration.

So far this season Sanches has made 23 appearances for the struggling Rouslers, including featuring twice against the Reds. One of his four goals this season came at Farley Way, scoring the equaliser for Bromsgrove in their 2-1 defeat at the end of September.
