SQUAD NEWS: Grantham Departs

Quorn Football Club can confirm that Courey Grantham will not return for the 2025/26 season. The popular forward departs Farley Way after two seasons with the Reds, where he made 64 appearances, scoring 20 times.

Courey arrived at the Stotto Stadium in August 2023 from Basford United, and was a pivotal part of the playoff push in his first season, scoring 11 times in 37 matches. He followed that performance up with an electric to start to the 2024/25 season, scoring nine times in the first 14 matches as Quorn went on an impressive unbeaten streak. An unfortunate injury in December saw Grantham miss three months, returning for the run in as the Methodists secured the NPL Midlands Division title.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Courey for his time as a Red. A fan favourite, he’s certainly going to be missed at Quorn and everyone at the club would like to wish him all the very best for his next club.
