SQUAD NEWS: Ceesay Joins Reds

Quorn Football Club have announced the signing of defensive midfielder Musa Ceesay.

Spanish born Ceesay grew up in Girona, and played with local sides in Catalonia, including Camp de Futbol de Sant Jaume de Llierca, before moving to the UK in 2019. Upon arrival in England, Musa continued his passion for football, signing with Lye Town.

Whilst representing the Flyers, Ceesay came to the attention of Redditch United, joining the Reds and spending time at the Valley as well as spells with Halesowen Town before spending last season at Worcester City, where his injury punctuated season saw him make just 15 appearances with the Faithful. Musa’s arrival adds valuable experience at the level for the Reds.
