Quorn Launch Under 23s
Quorn Football Club have announced that they will have an Under 23s side competing in the Notts Senior League Development Division under the name Quorn Methodists (a nod to the club’s original name) for the 2025/26 season. There will be two recruitment events held at the Stotto Stadium in July as the club look to bring in additional players to add to last seasons Under 18s, who won the Midweek Floodlit League and Cup double.
The Notts Senior League confirmed Quorn’s addition to the Development Division at their annual AGM last night. The league works as follows: All teams are separated into initial pools for the opening stage of the development season. These pools will see each team play each other once, and the top 4 in each pool will qualify for division one, with the rest going into division two. The opening pool and the development cup group stage fixtures will last up until Christmas, then divisions one and two in the New Year will see each team then play everyone home and away. The development cup group stage will be split geographically to reduce travelling.
