SQUAD NEWS: Big Friz Remains a Red

Quorn Football Club are delighted to announce that Mason Frizelle has agreed to remain at Farley Way for a third season. Virtually ever present for the last two seasons, Big Friz has made 89 appearances for the Reds, scoring five goals in that time. As well as being at the heart of the defence for the NPL Midlands title winning side, in May, Mason helped the club to it’s first County Cup title in fifteen years.

“I’m delighted to be back at Quorn” stated Frizelle, continuing “It’s a club I know well, and one I’m proud to represent. We all know that the Northern Premier League is going to be a huge challenge, and if we’re going to survive and compete, it’s going to take hard work, commitment, and togetherness from everyone involved.”

“Nothing will be handed to us, but that’s what excites me. I’m ready to give everything I’ve got, and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and helping the club achieve its goals this season.”
