FIXTURE NEWS: Challenge Cup Final Details

The 2025/26 County Challenge Cup line-up has now been confirmed. With the Reds defeating Barwell 3-0 in the first semi-final last month, Quorn secured their first trip to the final in over a decade. Their opponents are now known, following two time defending champions, Anstey Nomads, decision to withdraw from the competition last week.

Anstey had been due to travel to NPL Midlands division rivals Loughborough Students on the 14th of April, but the Nomads announced their decision to withdraw, due to concerns around player eligibility going unanswered, on the eve of the semi-final.

Quorn will now face off against the Scholars, looking to avenge a 3-0 defeat at Farley Way in the semi-final last season. The final will take place at the County HQ at Holmes Park in Whetstone on Thursday the 7th of May (19:45 KO). Tickets are available now through the County FA at a discounted rate, though you can also opt to pay on the night.
